Daily High Point: Champion and Reserve awards for each division, no membership required.
*End-of-Series:
- Membership required
- Rider must participate in more than half of the competitions in their respective discipline for that series.
- Highest points WINS. There will be NO dropped shows.
- A rider may PURCHASE ($60) ONE MISSED show average from points averaged at the end of the series. This must be completed and paid prior to start of the show following the missed show.
- Purchased missed show averaged points will be used as a place holder throughout the series and may fluctuate based on subsequent show point averages. Final points for missed show will be averaged from all attended shows at the finish of series.
- Riders will be given 1 point per horse-rider combo for the day for attendance.
- Complete 5 volunteer hours for each discipline, up to 15 max for individual or for family, time must be entered within 24 hours of show or hours will not be counted.
- Volunteer hours can be purchased for half of the required hours at $25 per hour and must be received within 24 hours of the last show of the series.
Attire/Tack:
- Helmets are required for anyone under the age of 18. All riders are encouraged to wear a helmet.
- Heeled boots are required for all participants.
- Tack for horses should be in Western tack (horses must have a pad, saddle, and bridle)
*Any unsportsmanlike conduct toward other competitors or show chairs can be cause for immediate removal from the show, loss of show/series points, inability to compete the rest of series, and/or dismissal from the club.
Events
Timed Trail is a fun event that all ages and leves can participate in. The following are common obstacles and skills that are challenged.
Crossing a bridge
Opening and closing a gate
Backing up between barrels
Side passing rails
Weaving between poles
Picking up mail from the mailbox
Time starts when the nose of the horse crossing the start lin and ends when the nose crosses the finish line.

(good for all day, no matter amount of practice)
All fees must be paid prior to the show. Scratched classes will only be refunded if done prior to that Event start

Minor adjustments to the trail pattern may happen based on obstacle and weather conditions.
RULES
Refer to our Operations Manual for a complete list of Pleasure Show rules.
- Classes may be combined at the discretion of the Show Committee – points will be tallied according to original age group.
- Showmanship and Trail classes can be shown in English OR Western tack.
- Age is determined as of January 1.
- Appropriate Attire is required for all Classes including Long Pants and Heeled Boots.
- All patterns will be posted at the shows. Helmets are strongly encouraged.
- Novice Rider classes are open to competitors (horse & rider combinations) who are not participating in age group classes.
- Western classes – Two hands allowed with a snaffle bit or bosal on any age horse.
