WAIVERS

By digitally signing below, I agree to all the stated PTR rules. Any rules/forms not specified in this sign-up sheet can be found on the PTR website.

Liability Waiver Under Colorado law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a Participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, CRS. I understand and agree to hold PTR harmless in the event of any type of injury or death to participant also to include damage to personal property.

PTR Hold Harmless Agreement Signature is REQUIRED at the Time of Payment at check-in prior to show start (one per year).

I have read and accept the COVID-19 RELEASE that is posted on the Parker Trail Riders Website.

I APPROVE the use of all photos taken at a PTR event for use on social media or print media venues. I will not be compensated for use of these images.
